How Can I Withdraw My PF After Moving to a Smaller NGO Without EPF?

Hi all, I was working in Mumbai for a private company. On 15th Nov 2010, I joined an NGO in Bhubaneswar. Earlier, I had decided to transfer my PF account, but after joining the NGO, I came to know that my current organization is not liable to provide an EPF account as the number of employees in the organization is less than 20. Now, I am thinking of withdrawing the amount. Please suggest how I can withdraw my PF amount after leaving the organization.

Steps to Withdraw PF Amount

You may fill out Form 19 (for PF withdrawal) and Form 10 C (for EPS withdrawal), get them endorsed by the concerned employer, and submit them to the concerned RPFC (Mumbai). Don't forget to get an acknowledgment on the photocopy.
