Very informative. Just one correction: the Gratuity limit is Rs. 10,00,000/- instead of Rs. 3,50,000/-.

Non-payment of salary and failure to remit the corresponding EPF contribution is an offense on the part of the employer punishable under the act. You should strongly take it up with your employer.
