Seeking Fun Games and Case Studies to Teach Trust and Leadership Skills in Training Programs

I am designing a program on the concept of a trusted leader which will cover topics like what trust is, what a trusted leader is, how we can build trust, what happens when trust breaks, and how we can rebuild it.
