I do personality profiling and often have to convince some people from anger averse cultures that feeling angry is a legitimate emotional response and learning to express and receive anger appropriately is necessary in true multi-national companies.

Wonderful article. But the missing part if added about how to exercise controlled anger without losing senses, would be appreciated. That would probably enable a person to be in command.

There are three things in our computer key board
Control, Alt, Del keys
it means
Control the Anger/short temper
Think of Alternate methods for deriving solution
Delete the Unwanted situations which creates chaoistic conditions.
