I am doing an MBA in HR. I have to prepare a project for my internship on the effectiveness and scope of employee referrals in the process of recruitment and selection. I am very confused regarding the questionnaire which I have to make. I have made a couple of questionnaires, but my faculty guide rejected them. She told me to make a standard questionnaire or a questionnaire on one scale only. If you can help me or send me some samples of questionnaires regarding my topic, then please reply. I am waiting.
