Need Help: What's the Minimum Wage Under Workmen's Compensation Act with Proof?

Dear Pals,

I'm an insurance agent from Nationalized Insurance Co. Can anyone tell me the minimum wages to be paid to workers under the Workmen's Compensation Act with any government proof? I need this to show to my customer that the minimum wage is Rs. 8000/- instead of Rs. 4000/- as earlier.
