Instead of confusing yourself, why don't you speak to inspector concerned and sort out the issues. He will be the best guide.

plz check urs last year factory licence ,on back side of same they have mentioned all these things.

as per my knowledge is concern that mr. pradeep u licences fees are calculated upon ur labours and h.p. (elec. power) u used in unit so if state how much h.p u r using and labours both (contrator as well as permanent staff) and also r ur unit located in maharashtra then i can give u exact fig.
