How Do You Calculate Employee Net Pay After Deductions? Share Your Insights!

Hello everybody!

Check out this payslip. You have to give the monthly pay of the employee, which is given by the employer and provides you with the net pay that the candidate should receive (after deductions). You have to mention the deductions your company has. Do let me know your inputs on the same!

Hi Karuna,

I agree that a payslip is basically for showing pay for the month. However, you can also add value to it by including leave balance information in the payslip.

Hi, I am looking for an automated payslip system that will calculate the deduction based on the inputs provided such as the number of days per month and the number of days worked. This system should automatically deduct the salary for the days absent.

Kindly send me some relevant Xls files.
