Dear all, We have around 55 employees with turnover and 5 branches all over India. Our Corporate Office is registered in the state of Maharashtra. We are engaged in trading activities and dealing in High Precision Measuring Instruments; there is no manufacturing unit.

Eligibility for Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund

I want to know if we are eligible to register under the Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund. If yes, what are the benefits of registering for this fund, or is it mandatory for every establishment situated in Maharashtra? Please suggest.
