Hi, I have joined a manufacturing concern as an HR executive. My background is in MBA production, and I have 5 months of experience from a consultancy. I want to know the responsibilities that I have in my current organization. It currently consists of 50 people. Please suggest the activities I need to undertake apart from payslip preparation.
