How Can I Motivate College Lecturers to Inspire Their Students? Seeking Workshop Ideas

I need to give training on motivation to lecturers of a college. I need to conduct a workshop for the lecturers of a college. The college students are not motivated enough to participate in classrooms and studies too. Please suggest something. If games, activities, or clippings are available, then do send me.

This is one of the most difficult but interesting trainings to conduct. I think training teachers and professors is the most important training that needs to happen. I commend you on your undertaking. I have attached a document that you can go through; I hope it helps.
