Go for Business Manager & HRM review - both monthly issues. Journal wise you may opt for Indian Journal for Training & Development, Qtrly from ISTD.

One major problem with HR magazines in our country is that the ideas are not tested in the field. they are arm-chair speculations or singly hit ideas in secluded companies. I've cited some magazines which normally publish tested material.
