Seeking Advice: How to Create an Effective Quarterly Appraisal Format for FMCG Employees?

I am working as an HR professional with an FMCG manufacturing unit. We are planning to introduce a quarterly appraisal system for our employees. Could anybody please help me with a suitable format for an FMCG unit?

May I suggest that you design and create an appraisal system and format based on the needs of your organization? You can always search in CiteHR for formats that help you design the system, but ideally, you should go with one that is unique to your organization.
