Some of the Key Responsibilities involved for OD related position are:
"Managerial & Leadership Identification and Development
1) Identifies, negotiates, selects & manages external consultants specializing in conducting assessment centers / development centers
2) Facilitates conduction of assessment centers to assess management potential and provide inputs for succession planning.
3) Facilitates conduction of development centers & other leadership training programs for senior management
Ensure a robust and well understood performance management process
1) Lead the roll out / implementation of the performance management system
2) Provides guidance and implementation materials to line managers to ensure that they effectively support line management in setting individual goals, coaching and measuring performance
Ensure employee alignment through effective communication plans
1) Facilitates enhancement of initiatives’ awareness among employees through campaigns involving a mix of channels like Newsletters, Banners, Articles, Stickers etc.
2) Communicates information about company initiatives
Develop systems to measure program effectiveness & improve the same
1) Develops & implements processes’ testing and evaluation procedures / Conduct regular audits to check the effectiveness and efficiency of the
development programs rolled-out
