Seeking HR Software Recommendations for a Growing Automobile Company: What Works Best for You?

I want to introduce HR software in my company. We are a company with about 200 employees (and expanding) in the automobile industry.

I would appreciate your suggestions and a few names of good HR software that can meet all the requirements of our HR department in terms of employee data, report generation, database management, leave and attendance, trainings, and all other aspects related to human resource needs.

Could anybody also provide an idea of the cost of this type of software?

You can go for a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) from Neterson Company, which can provide comprehensive information on Human Resources.

The cost will be around 80,000-150,000 for that. You need to keep one employee for the particular job, but that will be very helpful for your company. I implemented time attendance and payroll software in my previous organization.

I work as a software developer and am currently involved in developing an ERP system at my firm. I have completed modules for HR, Payroll, Stationery, and Leave, among others.
