How Do I Create a Transfer Appointment Letter for Our New Division?

Hi All, please guide me in making a Transfer Appointment Letter. Our company has started a new division, and we need to provide appointment letters to some existing employees on behalf of this new entity.

I also want the same. Can anyone post it? We also have some employees shifted from one of our subsidiary companies to our company. So, we require a transfer appointment letter and would also like to know what documents need to be maintained for the same. Thanks in advance.

Our company has been split into two. I need to issue all the employees a transfer letter stating that they have officially been transferred from the main company to its sister concern. This is quite urgent. Can anyone help me with this?
