Transfer-Appointment Letter

Hi All,
Please guide me in making Transfer Appointment Letter.
Our company has startd a new company so some of the existing employees we have to give them appointment letter on the name of that new company.

I also want the same ... can anyone post it... we also have some employees shifted from one of our subsidary company to our company .. so require and transfer appointment letter, and would also like to know what all document need to maintain for the same....... thanks in advance

Even our company got splitted in to two.So i need to issue all the employees a transfer letter saying that they got transfered officially from the main company to its sister concern.
It is a bit urgent.
Can any one help me on this?
