Thank you for your response. I work in a BPO where there are different voice and non-voice processes such as call center, email process, and live chat process. I am responsible for the quality aspect, where we audit these processes using quality parameters, score them, and provide feedback to the Customer Support Representatives. I lead a team of 6 individuals. I aim to demonstrate my efficiency in identifying errors in the processes and improving the quality percentage.
