This is Varalakshmi. I have 6 months of experience working in a software company as a support engineer, but I was not satisfied with the job. I want to change my job. I completed my MBA-HR in the year 2009, and I am interested in core HR jobs. For that purpose, I would like to learn the core HR concepts. Would you please help me out?
