Need Creative Ideas for Renaming Our Personnel Management Department! How Would You Approach It?

Dear Friends! Our management intends to change the name of our Personnel Management Department to a more modern name. Currently, all our HR functions are modernized, but the issue lies with its old name. We cannot rename it as the Human Resources Management Department since our parent company's HR Department already holds this name.

Please suggest some names for it.

Hi there, how does this sound: Human Resources Development & Training Department, or just Human Resources Development Department since Training & Development is under Human Resources?
