Format Of Resume

Dear Seniors,
I am Snigdha Singh member of this cite from 2008, currently working in a Share Trading company and having 4years 6months experience in HR (Generalist) i have a good resume but dont have attractive resume. so, i need your help, required a attractive format of resume so i can make my resume so attractive and experience wise also. waiting for positive replky for your side seniors.

Hi Sneghda..
I can help you out with this, a resume is the way of representing ourself in our absence. Please take out the all the unnecessary things from it which kills the interviewer time. Make eveerything into crisp and bullet form which can be easily understood. dont beat around the bush be sepcific in wat all you mentioning in it. Mention only the things which you can able to proove by the supporting documents, dont repeat the points which has come with same meaning and make sure that all the fonts type is same. Moreover your having two years of experience so its not mandatory to mention the years and other things. you can tell dem if they ask you. I guess these points would help you in making ur resume effective.
