How to apply for electrical licence in Madhya Pradesh State in India?

I am Pradeep working with Transmission & Distribution services company as a HR & Admin Executive. need to apply electrical licence in Madhya Pradesh.
Can anybody help me "How to apply for electrical licence in Madhya Pradesh State in India".

You should have 1 Electrical supevisor license holder - A class. Pay prescribed license fee through SBI Bank,
Apply it from district Electrical Inspectorate Office. The Chief Electrical Inspectorate office is at Bhopal, Satpuda Bhavan.
