Selecting an HRIS Software for Small Companies

Ours is a small-sized company with about 150 employees. If I want to introduce an HRIS software that caters to basic requirements such as attendance, leave, or, if possible, appraisal, which is a reasonably-priced and reliable software program that should be purchased? It should not be very expensive.

Hi Meenu, if it is a small-sized concern, I truly believe that all this can be Excel-driven instead of investing in HRIS software. I was with a company that had around 7,000 employees with no HRIS, but we were able to manage things at work appreciably.

Thank you so much for your reply. Could you please briefly guide me and explain what you maintained in Excel besides personnel information, leave records, etc.? Did you also maintain the Performance Management System (appraisals) in Excel? Also, with 7,000 employees, what was your attendance system? Was it manual?
