Marketing Interviews Questions

Hi ,
i need your help.i am going to take Marketing(BDM) interviews. Please tell me which question i should ask them regarding international marketing, branding of software questions.
Also tell me how to track marketing interviews ,on which basis?

Is there a supervisor you can talk to? You should ask them what would qualify the candidate.
See if the candidate is aware of the latest social marketing tools/techniques. Any software marketing requires online marketing. Make sure they can read and write in English properly.
