Need a Performance Feedback Template for New Joiners – Can You Help?

Hi, my manager is asking for performance feedback for six new joiners. Does anyone have a performance feedback form/template? If so, please reply.

What roles are these joinees working on? Was any goal plan discussed and documented when they were inducted? How would you ensure that they were aware of the parameters for performance right from the beginning? I am sure you took an orientation session. Have you documented all that you shared with them and got their signatures on it?

Dear Santosh,

I appreciate you for designing and sharing the form. I did find a few areas missing – there was no productivity scorecard and no area to measure absenteeism. The areas that you have covered are largely behavioral. How do we score them on productivity and efficiency?
