what is the salary break up and how much it is percentage of gross salary.
basic, washing allw., HRA, DA, TA, CCA, PER. BONUS etc.
i want to know about it.

Are you preparing this as a project? The salary has fixed and variable components. It’s largely the same structure which is followed in every industry, yet would vary in terms of percentage of its components. There are statutory deductions and tax deductions.

Please confirm which sector are you designing this for? The salary would further depend on roles and vertical, i.e. salary structure for sales employee would be very different from HR.

The level or designation would further differentiate the structure in terms incentive and performance based components. Such as the salary structure for a junior level executive would have a 60-40 % of fixed and variable component. Whereas the salary structure of a business head would have the ESOP and other profit sharing vehicles.
