I am an MBA (HR) 2010 graduate, currently working in a manufacturing company as an executive for the last four months. I find the job not up to the mark and would like to resign. However, my marriage was fixed suddenly, and I will be relocating from the city in a couple of months, making it difficult to find an alternative job. I have two more months left before the marriage. If I resign now and remain jobless for the next two months, will it negatively impact my career? Is there a chance of being rejected when I apply for a new job after three months? Or should I somehow stick to the same job (it's really worthless because there is no value addition happening to me, and the company is unprofessional as well)? Please guide me to make a proper decision.
