Enhancing Employee Engagement Through Fun Office Games

Hi,

Can anyone suggest games that I can conduct during the January 1st celebrations at my office? These games should promote group interaction and help develop employee relations. Alternatively, please share information about games you have conducted in your workplace.

First of all, you should know where the interest of the people lies so that you can engage them in the game; otherwise, a few groups of people will be at the front, and others will be enjoying at the back.

I suggest conducting a quiz competition (related to G.K, guessing the first employee in your office), asking anyone/group to come forward and sing a song, blowing air into balloons (for female staff), musical chairs, puzzles, etc.

Hi Veena,

We have organized a day-long trip outside (lunch and snacks inclusive) for the employees along with their family members. It definitely increases employee interaction and relationships.
