Hi,
I am working with a private limited company. My salary is Rs. 10,000 per month, and only PF & ESI of Rs. 920 are deducted. I am not provided any salary slip or payslip, and the salary is given in cash. The company has provided me Form 16 of Rs. 8,000 in Jan 2007 on which it deducts my PF. But now, I have to join another company and have to submit my salary slip and Form 16. What should I do? Please guide. Also, I had a word with my company; they can only provide a salary certificate of Annual Salary Showing Rs. 10,000*12=Rs. 1,20,000 per annum. Kindly send a format of a salary certificate without deductions.
Are such salary certificates valid?
Thanks & Regards,
Shweta Sahni
