Ref: Salary Certificate Without Deduction...

Hi,
I m working with a pvt ltd co. My Salary is Rs 10000/- per month and only Pf & ESi of Rs. 920/- are deducted....I m not provided any salary slip or pay slip and salary is given in cash. The co. has provided me Form 16 of Rs 8000/- in Jan 2007 on which it deducts my PF. But now i have to join another comapny...and have to submit my Salary Slip and F-16. What should I do...? Please guide.....Also, I had a word with my co. they can only provide slary certifcate of Annual Salary Showing Rs 10000*12=1,20,000/- p.a.....kindly send a format of salary certificate without deductions......
Are such Salary Certificates Valid?

I need ur urgent help for my query as i hv to join my new organisation on 15 of June 20007. before that the docs required by them like Latest Salary Slip and Form 16 have to be given to them.
Please help on rgent basis.

Hi, I am Oajat Girraj, working as a computer operator in a Pharmaceuticals company on temporary basic staff . I getting salary in cash withouth deduction in every month. I wants a salary certificate withouth deduction in word format.
