HR Game for Stress Relief

Please find the HR game. We usually play this game when our manager has scolded us, to remove the frustration. I hope this game is useful to you all.

Dear Bhushan, A real stress buster and a game for anyone - why HR alone? Some hardcore HR professionals may take it otherwise, as not all HR individuals are merely fly swatting. A good HR professional has enough work, and if there is a gap, they create more work to keep others busy and themselves productive.

Dear Niyasharma,

Your quote "Nothing is impossible, even the word says I'M POSSIBLE."

Many times, I too thought and keep thinking nothing is impossible. For training and motivating, this is a very good quote. Many times, though the quote is true, I conclude that some things are not possible and also impossible. It is a reality as well.

Just looking at some points around us:

- Can you put your hand in the burning fire?
- Can you drown your head completely without any aids for 1 minute or 10 hours and breathe?
- Can you jump and touch the clouds and sky?
- Can you walk on your head?
- Can you fight with a wild lion?
- Can you smile when your most loved ones die before you?
- Can you stand still when the house roof is collapsing due to an earthquake?
- Can you build your 10-storey building without a basement?

Oh! How many questions of impossibility come to my mind - with these it makes me think again, is it right to say there is nothing impossible? We may go on boasting that we are great, everything is possible, I can do that, this, etc. But the reality is that there are certain things that are definitely possible and there are many things which are impossible! One may coin wonderful words to please oneself and boast off, is it not?

Anyway, in the midst of all these impossible things, LET US KEEP A HOPE THAT EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE!! and live a life of hope.

Thanks

Regards

You mean to say, is this the job of HR, or is it a game only for HR? If it is so, it's too bad. In the HR forum itself, we are not supposed to criticize like this.
