PF Withdrawal or Transfer for Short-Term Employees

I want to know if an employee works for less than 6 months with a company and wants to withdraw his PF. Is it possible, or can he transfer it to his new PF account? Please help me with the same.

Employees can only withdraw the EPF amount, i.e., 12% + 3.76% (15.67%) of their total contribution, and the remaining 8.33% (EPS) share transfers to their new PF account.

Yes, you can withdraw or transfer if you have joined another company.

Manish is correct. The PF amount can be withdrawn, but no withdrawal is applicable for EPS less than 6 months; however, it can be transferred.
