I want to know that If an employee work less than 6 month with a company and want to withdrawl his PF. Is it possible. Or can he transfer to his new PF account.
Plz. help me for the same.

Employee can withdraw only EPF Amt.,i.e 12%+3.76%(15.67%)of his total contribution and rest 8.33% (EPS) share transfer to his new PF A/c.

Dear Babu Ram Yadav,
Manish is right. PF amount can be withdrawn. But no withdrawal is applicable on EPS less than 6 months, but can be transferred.
