File Format For Admin/house Keeping Activities - DOC Download

can anybody tell me how to maintain admin activities or system to achieve the proper admin in an office.

Hiiiiiiiiiiii Simmi.your question is some bit complicated because Admin have lot branch.Such as House keeping, Maintaince , Transport ,vendor handling ,and General Expenses ETC,
In some organisation Admin executive have coordination with HR.and keep track of Time office management.
Firstly you shoud maintain the office file which is very nessesry than you can keep track on daily expenses make excel sheet.

I want a format (softcopy ) by which I can keep a record for housekeeping status plus other admin status also.

I also need the same kind of FORMAT (softcopy ) 4 keeping records i.e. 4 H.K.,Diesel Generator,UPS & Batteries,Maint.( Building,A/c etc.),Secqurity Records & Material (Inward/Outward)

Hi,
I have attached a copy of house keeping record that we follow in our organisation. You can prepare a schedule along with this and give it to the house keeping staff so that it will be more easy to evaluate whether things are done properly. Hope this would help.
