Rate Of Stipend To Apprentice

Dear Senior
We have engaged apprentice for one year training who has completed two years in ITI.
My question is that : What years stipend rate we have to pay i.e. 1st year, 2nd years or 3rd years.

Thanx for response. We are location at Vadodara, Gujarat but I think the rate of stipend will be same in all over India.

please find payment details of Apprentice.
1st Year - 70% of Minimum Wages of Semi-Skilled workers notified by the respective State or Union territory
2nd Year - 80% of Minimum Wages of Semi-Skilled workers notified by the respective State or Union territory
3rd & 4th - 90% of Minimum Wages of Semi-Skilled workers notified by the respective State or Union territory
