Attendance - Xls Download

can anybody help me .. i urgently need an excel format which i can update all employees monthly attendance and yearly attendance as well... also it wil b easy for me if there is any way to maintain monthly and yearly overtime of all the employees in the same one.

I need a format in excel which i can update all amployees Annual Leaves, Family Leaves and Medical leaves. i have drafted one bt i have a problem in inserting the formulas in the way i need. somebody pls help me. i have attched the file. sory if this one is confusing, Anyone can help me with a good one.
