Need Help Creating an Excel Sheet for Tracking Employee Attendance and Overtime

Can anybody help me? I urgently need an Excel format in which I can update all employees' monthly attendance and yearly attendance as well. It would also be helpful if there is any way to maintain monthly and yearly overtime for all the employees in the same format.

I need a format in Excel that I can use to update all employees' Annual Leaves, Family Leaves, and Medical Leaves. I have drafted one but have a problem inserting the formulas the way I need. Somebody, please help me. I have attached the file. Sorry if this is confusing. Can anyone help me with a better format? Thank you in advance.
