Dear Sir, We are the employees of (DC Rate) Industrial Training Institute, (Distt. Sonepat). We are receiving ₹9,460/- per month and have no other casual leave, etc.
Differences in DC Rates Across Haryana Districts
Regarding other districts of Haryana, there are significant differences between the DC Rate in Sonipat and other districts. For example, in Sirsa, all instructors receive ₹12,500/- per month. In Hisar, they receive ₹13,500/- and one casual leave per month. In Mewat, all institute instructors receive ₹14,000/- and one casual leave per month. There are substantial differences between Sonipat District (DC Rate Instructors and other employees in DC Rate of Distt. Sonipat). Even though Sonipat District is under NCR, according to DC Rate fixation in Haryana, it is believed (as others have said) that the minimum salary for instructors should be ₹14,000/- and one casual leave per month.
Request for Information on Minimum Salary
My post is regarding all these differences, and I wish to know the complete minimum salary of instructors in Haryana. Kindly please provide me with other details about the DC Rate in Haryana as declared by the government.
