Dear Abhay
as per contract labor act you can produce Form 1 to the contractor and engage them with license if above 20 peoples in Form 2 licens for contract labor given by inspector of factory
then you can use the total no. of employees

Hi i am new here and i just want to know the answer to my question, is there any clause in OSHA that mentions that if you have a recordable LTI then your commulative safety manhours will be reset to zero. ( ie. June to july 1000 mhr den august 1 recordble lti then august 1st i will start to 1 again?)
Appreciate your inputs!! Thanks
dipil
I am not sure about OSHA. But it is there in Indian Standard. So it must be there in OSHA as well as most of the Indian standards has an origin back to OSHA/UK standards.
