New Restaurant HR: What Statutory Registrations Do I Need to Handle in Chennai?

Hi Seniors, I joined a new restaurant, and this restaurant also opened last week only. There are 40 employees working here, and I am the only person taking care of all HR activities in Chennai.

1. Now, I need to know what statutory registrations are required to register, like PF, ESI, LWF, etc.
2. Is it necessary to register PF in EPFO? Does the company need to be 3 years old? If yes, does it mean a new company cannot register in EPFO?
