How "Sholay" Can Teach Us About Managing an Entire Organization – A Unique Perspective

Today, everyone, whether they are the owner or a manager of the company, has one and only one question: How do I manage my business? How do I manage my position/job responsibilities, etc.? These are some of the common questions frequently asked by the people working in the organization.

Here, I have posted a presentation regarding how to manage the whole organization. This presentation is inspired by the film "Sholay." In it, I have explained how to manage things in the organization and compared various scenes in the film with explanations.
