Signing The Agreement For Recruitment Empanelment !!

Dear All,
I have started a recruitment firm recently and have to be empaneled with companies. I have registered my company and want to know the next process to sign the agreement. Should this agreement be on stamp paper, company letter head or will work on plain paper as well ?
Do I need to send it to the clients by post or mail it?

Hi Shabnam,
You have to take print out of agreement on letter head of company and send it by courier. You have to take signature of authorised person and stamp of a company.
