Hi everyone, I am having a big doubt. Will Mahindra Satyam include HIV test in the medical check-up before joining the job? If so, will Mahindra Satyam reject a person who has HIV? Will the company consider HIV as an elimination medical reason for the job? If it doesn't reject, will the company keep it as a secret? Please answer this, guys. Please give the correct information about this. As this is the Mahindra Satyam community, I am expecting correct info from you people. So please help me with this issue, guys.

But somewhere, I have seen the list of tests. In that, one column is there asking about any other diseases. Will they write HIV there? I am asking you people because my friend referred me to Mahindra Satyam. I am scared about it. If he finds out about my HIV issue, I can't face him again. So if you people give me correct information, I will proceed with further joining procedures in Mahindra Satyam. I hope you can understand my situation. I am really scared about it. So please, can I expect a correct answer? My joining depends on your answer. Please.

I will not go for the medical check-up if I find out that Satyam will reject HIV candidates. I will give some reason to my friend. However, I suggest that you should speak with the HR department over the telephone or write an email to them from a duplicate ID for better clarity in the response. You may receive responses from members here, but you won't be able to judge the correct answer from the given responses. Some companies make medical tests mandatory, while others do it randomly. Therefore, it would be appropriate if you could check with the HR department of Satyam Mahindra instead of waiting for responses. Good luck!
