I am new in restaurant line and i want know about these thing
1. how maintain hr record.
2. emp salary structure
3. emp attendance record
4. and all the work doing by hr
plz give me a detail about these points as soon as possible.

Are you working in a chain of hotels? Normally there wouldn't be a HR department in hotel rather than an Admin department which would be taking care of all daily documentation/activities.
