How Can I Create an LTA Policy for Different Employee Bands? Seeking Your Advice

Dear Friends, I am working in an IT company as an HR Generalist. I need a favor from your side – my company wants to start an LTA Policy. I have gone through various sites, but I have only found information on tax deduction rebates and how we can claim that LTA amount. However, I am looking for a proper policy in which we can define the LTA amount for different bands of people.

Procedure to Create an LTA Policy

What procedure can I follow to create this kind of policy? If anybody can share their company's LTA Policy document with me, I would be very grateful.

Please find the LTA policy. You can change it according to your organization. However, the LTA calculation and tax exemptions will remain the same as defined in the above link.
