Holiday List - 2011

Dear All,
Can u plz help me in drafting mail for employee holiday list. becouse in my company we write mail to employees,
e.g 1. hindu employees will get this holiday ... then applicable holiday list.
2. Muslism employees will get this holiday ...then applicable holiday list.
3.Christian employees will get this holiday ...then applicable holiday list.
Which i dont want to write, plz suggest me what to do.

attach excel spreadhsheet

Please understant that their will be only one Holiday list applicable to the company. We can not declare holiday for every embployee based on the caste or community. It is understood that your company policy is framed based on the community.
