My self Anand Lamkhade working with Standard Chartered Finance Ltd. As ASST. RELATIONSHIP MANAGER with Mortgages From 03rd May 2010. My seniors ask to give me Regna ion after July they are highly pressurized to give me the Regna ion.
But always they try to insulted every time, finally I said that sir I am not gave regna ion.
And from 15 September they clearly said you don’t come before that I speak with my HR
Manager and told them whole thing and ask to team to shift me in other team or gave me the chance to work as per policy HR Manager ask me previous employer Gave me negative feedback so I told them ok I spoke with team they told me we can gave you oral feedback then I Got Warning Letter from my HR at 30 September Stating that you are not reported at your work from 1st September or u are taken leave so whenever u received this letter within 7 days you can meet your Hr manager or line manager
Otherwise we tormented from service very next day I meet my HR manager told team I spoke with my previous employer they told me that our HR office in Delhi and it may take time to get feedback.
HR manager said me that you have provided me the letter the issue is that I will be working on contract basis with the company. We are as Business Development Officer on paper but due to my experienced my manager gave me to handle a team and it is not on paper on mutual understanding I work with team. The pervious co. I have letter state that as sr.team leader
Within 7 days I got termination letter from SCFL
Finally HR told that we are not gave any shifting or chance to work unless you are not provide me letter from your previous co. HR manager told me that for Termination letter u can speak with them who sign your Termination letter in between I am not get Salary or nothing any solution only My senior and HR play hide and seek game. I have lots of responsibility with my family. In this situation I latterly feed up and harassed by seniors and HR this is the policy which a reputed co. like Standard Chartered finance ltd. Never Expectation
