Seeking Your Thoughts on Using Marastar Cartoons for Training: Are They Effective with Shockwave Flash?

I have attached some cartoons that are great to use in training. I downloaded these from www.marastar.com. Personally, I have found them to be a great help. Do let me know what you think of these.
