Myself Anupama, new to the forum.Just joined the corporate office of a manufacturing company .I am expected to do lot from my role like bringing overall change in the culture, policies, training and development etc.I am not that much experienced in these aspects.Can anyone guide me in bringing a positive change in the company.I am slightly confused on where to start and how to prioritize the overall things.
