If your company is service giver you have to pay service tax before the date of 5th of next month of on advance amount received or Billed to party.If your company is service taker you have to pay service tax on only GTA (Goods Transport Agency) service. and other cases your company can avail service tax credit If Service Giver firm gives Bill including with service tax. If service giver not charged service tax on his bill, your firm not responsible to pay service tax.
