How Do I Create a Clear Salary Structure for a Growing Team of 200 Employees?

We are a company with a workforce of around 200 people and will increase in size in the coming future. I need to prepare an employee band and salary grades, meaning a clear and fixed salary structure at every level/band. Can anybody provide me with some useful information/samples?
