1. Spell out your name clearly.
2. Tell how you prefer to be called.
3. Share details of your qualifications (if time permits, starting from your school days) and the institutions you studied at.
4. Mention any awards, trophies, or distinctions you have received for academic excellence.
5. Explain the reasons for choosing the discipline in your education.
6. Provide information about your family members (Father, Mother, Brothers, Sisters, Spouse, Children).
7. If you have children, specify their education stream (CBSE, State Board, etc.).
8. Share details about your spouse if they are employed.
9. Outline your employment history and reasons for leaving each job.
10. Highlight your achievements in each of your previous employments.
11. Explain the reasons for leaving your current job.
Caution
- Avoid speaking negatively about your family members, instructors at educational institutions, or past employers.
- Maintain a proper posture during the interview.
- Make eye contact with the interviewer while answering questions.
- After concluding your presentation, politely indicate that you have finished. Avoid unnecessary elaboration, even if the interviewer has not asked the next question.
- Conduct thorough research on the organization where you are interviewing, including their business and any special initiatives, as they may inquire about your knowledge of their company.
