Struggling with Daily Site Reports? Need a Simple Format to Track Progress and Tasks?

oberoi.tanuj
Hi,

I'm working as a Site Engineer, and I need to prepare a daily report detailing how many laborers, masons, electricians, plumbers, etc., have worked on-site, what tasks they have completed, the overall progress, and plans for tomorrow. Can anybody help me with this? I would be very thankful. Could you please provide a format for this?

You can check our format as follows:

1. Daily Attendance should mention the name of the employee along with their designation.
2. As an engineer, you must be familiar with Project Management. You may have various activities to be completed, each with a start and end date for subactivities. List all activities required to complete the project, specifying the start and end date for each activity. Put this information in an Excel sheet. Additionally, number 1 to 30 on the top to track daily work completion.

At the end of each day, record progress by writing in front of each activity in a separate column (1-30 columns based on attendance in a separate column). When necessary, refer to the work log to track progress and the attendance sheet to verify who was present for the day's tasks.

I have suggested this format for you to consider using. Thank you.
