Performance Appraisal for HR Manager
I am looking for a Performance Appraisal for the assessment of the HR Manager. What are the parameters against which we can measure the performance of the HR Manager? I am supposed to design an appraisal format for the HR function itself, so I need inputs from you. Management is especially focusing on measurable performance. Apart from Recruitment & operational activity, what are the KRAs which are measurable?
